01 / Selected Work

Live client sites, not mockups

Every project below is a real business running on the site we built. Open one, call the number, order the product.

What are you building?

Eight businesses. Eight different problems.

These are the businesses we build for most. Pick yours and read what we would actually make — the pages, the enquiry flow, the search work, and what you own at the end.

01Manufacturing

A catalogue your dealers can order from, not just admire.

Buyers search for the parts you make and land on a PDF nobody has updated since 2019. So they phone your sales desk to ask whether a model is still available, and every one of those calls is an order someone had to take by hand. The competitor with a real catalogue and real product pages answers that same question while your office is shut.

What you get

  • Product catalogue
  • Model-spec pages
  • Dealer enquiry flow
  • Code ownership

02Real Estate

Listings that load before the scroll does, on a phone, on 4G.

In a lift, your listing takes six seconds to come up and the buyer has already opened the next one. When it does load they cannot find the carpet area, cannot tap to call the broker and cannot save the floor plan. They remember the name, not the building, and they tour somebody else's flat instead.

What you get

  • Listing pages
  • Gallery + floor plans
  • WhatsApp on tap
  • City-wise local SEO

03Interior & Furniture

A showroom that lets you change the fabric before you visit.

One finished photograph sells a room once. It cannot let someone see that sofa at their own scale in their own living room before they spend an hour travelling to see it in the flesh. Most custom furniture buyers are not choosing on price — they are choosing the site that shows more, from more angles, sooner.

What you get

  • Project gallery
  • Spec + material swatches
  • Enquiry form
  • CMS you can update

04Automotive

Every variant, every price, every showroom — in one place.

Your showroom has forty vehicles and the website has four, all shot in the rain two years ago. A customer who asks about this year's variant with a different feature set gets a half answer from the sales floor, because nobody there knows either. That sale goes to the dealership whose site answered first.

What you get

  • Model-by-model pages
  • Spec comparison
  • Test drive booking
  • Stock updates

05Restaurant

A menu that is current, and a table you can actually book.

The menu online is three seasons old and the WhatsApp number at the bottom belongs to a manager who left in March. Someone wants a table for eight on Saturday, cannot find the number, and books the place two streets away that had its hours, its chef and its current menu up before lunch. You lose the walk-in and never find out.

What you get

  • Menu you edit yourself
  • Table booking
  • Hours + Maps
  • WhatsApp orders

06E-commerce

Your catalogue on your own domain, not rented from a marketplace.

Most of your orders arrive through a marketplace that owns the customer record, sets the search ranking and takes a cut of every basket. When you want to sell a made-to-order piece or take a question about fabric, there is no way to do it. A real storefront hands the customer, the ranking and the margin back to you.

What you get

  • Product catalogue
  • Cart-ready checkout
  • Product-level SEO
  • No marketplace lock-in

07Professional Services

The kind of site a managing partner is happy to send.

Your best work sits behind an NDA, so the site runs stock photography and a paragraph about synergies. A prospective client is choosing between you and two firms with the same paragraph and the same photograph, and what settles it ends up being who picked up the phone. Real matters, real names and a way to start the conversation settle it earlier.

What you get

  • Matters + insights
  • Practice areas
  • Enquiry + call scheduling
  • Editorial CMS

08Custom Software

The internal tool your team already asked for, built to be owned.

Quotations, jobs, dealer stock or visitor logs live in a shared spreadsheet and somebody's personal inbox. Whoever built it has left, nobody can find the file, and it only works because one person remembers the order of the steps. We build it properly — documented, deployable, and yours, with the source sitting in your repo.

What you get

  • Custom web app
  • Admin dashboard
  • Auth + user roles
  • Docs + source ownership

02 / The Difference

Four things we don't do

Each line below is a decision we made before starting, not a promise made after.

  • No templates

Nothing starts from a theme or a page builder's demo content. The layout is drawn around your services, your photos and your prices, because that is what a buyer is judging.

  • No vendor lock-in

The source sits in your own repository from the first week. You own it outright. If you stop working with us tomorrow, hand it to any developer and it keeps running.

  • No complexity you did not ask for

Astro, TypeScript and Tailwind. No heavyweight CMS, no app framework, no subscription plugin waiting for you to pay for it every year after launch.

  • No mystery in the middle

One studio, one person accountable end to end. The person designing the page is the person building it, and you talk to them directly.

HOW WE WORK

Five steps, in order, every project. No phase names, no discovery theatre.

  1. 01

    Discover

A call and whatever material you already have. We work out what you sell, who buys it and the enquiry you need answered. You leave with a page list and a fixed price.

  2. 02

    Design

Words, layout and type reviewed in the browser before a line of production code. Two revision rounds on every page, in writing, so nothing is agreed verbally and forgotten.

  3. 03

    Build

Responsive build with your real content in it, WhatsApp and form wired to your phone number, then a Lighthouse pass on the pages that matter.

  4. 04

    Launch

Domain, SSL, analytics, sitemap and Search Console verification. Your old URLs redirect to the new ones so nothing you already shared breaks.

  5. 05

    Grow

A walkthrough and the editor login, so you change text, photos and prices yourself. After that we look at what Search Console shows and fix what it points at.

Website Concepts

Six industries. Six directions, already laid out.

Design directions, not delivered client work. Each tile below is a real miniature layout — pick the one that looks like your business and we build it out from there.

01Manufacturing

Design Direction

Fabrication company

Spec cells, tolerances and lead times left in plain sight, so a procurement manager can judge the shop before they call.

02Real estate

Design Direction

Luxury developer

Big type, thin rules and a lot of air — the layout a premium development has to be sold on, not shouted at.

03Automotive

Design Direction

Performance garage

One black band, an oversized wordmark and a filmstrip. Reads like a workshop, not a used-car dealership.

04Restaurant

Design Direction

Modern Indian restaurant

The menu doubles as the homepage, with the ordering number always one tap away.

05Retail

Design Direction

Premium clothing brand

Black on cream, one big wordmark, a quiet product grid. Nothing shouting, because the clothes do that.

06Construction

Design Direction

Infrastructure company

Numbered project cells on a blueprint grid — presented like a site drawing, which is how this work is actually sold.
